Referrals & Admissions

We provide a streamlined, therapeutic approach to admitting young people into our residential homes, ensuring stability from day one.

Our Referral Process

Step 01: Initial Inquiry

Local Authorities contact us with a placement request. We review the initial referral documents to check for basic suitability and current home capacity.

Step 02: Detailed Assessment

Our management team conducts a thorough risk assessment and impact review to ensure we can meet the young person's specific therapeutic and safety needs.

Step 03: Funding & Approval

Once suitability is confirmed, we coordinate with commissioning teams to finalize funding arrangements and placement agreements.

Step 04: Matching & Transition

We plan a gradual transition, including introductory visits or virtual meets, ensuring the young person feels comfortable with their new environment and peers.

Step 05: Placement Commencement

The young person moves into their new home. Our team provides an intensive welcome period to establish trust and begin the therapeutic care plan.

Step 06: Post-Placement Review

A 72-hour and subsequent weekly reviews are conducted to monitor the stabilization process and adjust support levels as necessary.
